The Renaissance Way

Renaissance is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) which provides a standard for quality learning and program development through its peer review process.    Our learning program is guided by our commitment to this standard.  Our training unit earned initial IACET accreditation in 2011, which was reaffirmed in 2016.

Renaissance is accredited by the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) to offer coaching programs, namely: Using Coaching in Program Design, previously offered in P1. In addition, the Mastermind Group is approved for CCU's for those who maintain a certified coach credential (specifically, BCC), and may meet the "resource development" category for coaching hours through the International Coach Federation.

Renaissance now recognizes your achievement as a TRiO Practitioner through a digital badge. We are pleased to provide this new service through our official digital credential provider, Credly’s Acclaim platform. Digital badging gives TRIO practitioners a way to share their knowledge, skills and abilities online in a way that is simple and trusted and can be easily verified in real time.

Renaissance provides its audience a wide array of training opportunities to build their knowledge, skill, and competencies. Strategies for professional developing include a webinar series, online learning modules, and the standard regional training seminar. Training Seminar attendance includes lunch.

Renaissance offers supplemental topics for the community of practice and invites participants via our contact management system. To stay abreast of training opportunities, TRIO professionals are urged to stay connected via tinyurl.com/RENTRAINING
